Between 2024 and 2028, the consortium will carry out ten projects to promote lifelong learning in the Utrecht region. These projects have been launched.

  • Bloemendal Bouw: developiing knowledge and skills of lateral entrants and current employees.
  • Stedin: implementing challenge based learning within the organisation.
  • Van Dorp Installatietechniek: developing employees’ skills in ways that align with the company’s learning principles.
  • Fudura: leadership development with the board and 40 managers.

Utrecht Talent Alliance

Five partners from the consortium (ROC, HU, UU, ROM Utrecht Region and Technologieraad Regio Utrecht) have joined the Utrecht Talent Alliance. This network organisation works towards a strong regional labour market. Read about UTA’s initiatives.
