Between 2024 and 2028, the consortium will carry out ten projects to promote lifelong learning in the Utrecht region. The first three projects began in 2024.
- Bloemendal Bouw: developing knowledge and skills of career switchers and employees.
- Stedin: implementing challenge based learning within the organisation.
- Van Dorp Installatietechniek: developing employees’ skills in ways that align with the company’s learning principles.



Utrecht Talent Alliance
Five partners from the consortium (ROC, HU, UU, ROM Utrecht Region and Technologieraad Regio Utrecht) have joined the Utrecht Talent Alliance. This network organisation works towards a strong regional labour market. Read about UTA’s initiatives.
