Lifelong Learning in the Utrecht region

Thanks to funding from the National Growth Fund’s LLO Catalyst programme, we are able to offer tailored training to companies working on the energy and materials transition. This training is available for all employees – whether they have vocational, higher professional, or academic qualifications.

This is how it works

Initial consultations
We start by exploring your organisation’s training needs and discussing expectations. This takes place over several meetings with our account managers. If there’s a good match, we draw up an agreement and begin the collaboration.

  1. In-depth needs assessment
Together, we delve deeper into the learning and development needs using the Golden Circle and Futures Wheel models. We consider trends in the labour market, technology, demographics, and scientific insights into energy, materials, and transitions. This results in a broad and thorough understanding of the short- and long-term development needs of your workforce across the organisation.
  2. Design
We then work together to design training or other learning programmes that are relevant to the work. Knowledge about transitions is important in every project. A great deal of scientific research has been done on this topic. We take small, impactful steps to get transitions moving.
  3. Development
Once we have agreed on the design, we develop the training or learning method.
  4. Implementation
Once everything has been developed and organised, we provide the training or learning programme in accordance with the agreements made. This is tailor-made. We can do this at various locations, including the participants’ own workplace.
  5. Evaluation and scaling
We evaluate the impact of the learning activities together. All involved parties then come together to share insights and lessons learned. We also explore whether successful approaches can be scaled up for other companies or sectors, such as healthcare, education, or the technology sector. In doing so, we work together to strengthen the regional ecosystem for lifelong learning.

A learning approach

We follow a learning approach, continuously developing and refining our methods based on insights and experiences gained through our projects.
