Previous mini-conferences

15 October 2025 – Bloemendal Bouw, Leusden
Around forty learning advisors from companies and educational experts explored the consortium’s learning approach. At four inspiration tables, two companies at a time – for example, Vitens and Kuijpers Installaties – shared their challenges. They identified the similarities and explored with the listeners what LLO could mean in this context.

16 April 2025 – at the MAKE Center
During this mini-conference, the structure of the first three projects was shared. Together, participants explored current needs and discussed why this lifelong learning (LLO) collaboration in the Utrecht region is so valuable for employers. “Transitions are like playing simultaneous chess,” explains Utrecht University lecturer Marie-Jeanne Schiffelers. “You build on small successes, learn from them, and they give you the energy to move forward together.”
